We are happy you decided to apply! Please print this application (you may use more pages if needed) and return it to the UC Information Desk by September 27th at 5 PM. You will be asked to sign up for an interview on either the 28th or 29th. If accepted, your first meeting will be Wednesday, October 4th in the Thomas Room and we will go on an overnight retreat Friday, October 6th, so please do your best to keep these times clear.
